Overnight Oats Recipes to Make Your Chilly Fall Mornings A Little Cozier

Fall is finally almost here, and although it may still be 80 degrees outside, it’s never too early for fall-themed candles, meals, drinks and more. These four recipes for fall-themed overnight oats are guaranteed to spice up your mornings and fuel your day.

Pumpkin Spice
What You’ll Need
  • ⅓ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or substitute non-dairy yogurt — use this coconut yogurt for a true Greek yogurt consistency)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sweetener of choice (as much as you’d like!)
  • ½ cup plain pumpkin purée
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
What You’ll Do
  1. Whisk together all the ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon the oat mixture into a jar and tighten the lid.
  2. Refrigerate your oats overnight (or longer!) before indulging. Enjoy them at home, on the go or in class!
Apple Pie
What You’ll Need

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ginger

Spiced Chai

  • ⅛ teaspoon cardamom
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla

Maple Pecan

  • Maple syrup (as much as you’d like!)
  • ¼ cup pecans  
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
What You’ll Do
