What is F45?
F45 Training, located downtown at 232 E. College Ave, offers team training classes that are each 45 minutes long. Each class combines elements of of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training and functional training. Classes are offered throughout the day, ranging from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Each class has a different focus—cardio, resistance or a combination of the two.
