Of course, you don’t have to be unbelievably artistic to bullet journal. There are no rules; they can be as simple or as complicated as you want. It’s completely up to you.

In the words of Ryder Caroll, a New York designer, a bullet journal is intended “to help you track the past, organize the present and plan for the future.”

A bullet journal is a mix between a day planner that you have to keep your life organized, as well as a journal to document your life at that specific time. Many bullet journals include sections such as “Songs I like,” “Personal Goals I Want to Achieve this Month,” or “Plan on How to Lose 10 Pounds.”
