The long-awaited era of the new Little Mix has just begun. The girl group recently debuted the music video to “Love (Sweet Love),” the lead single off of their first upcoming greatest hits album “Between Us,” set to be released this November to celebrate their 10th anniversary as a group.

This is going to be the first album to be released by Little Mix as a trio after the exit of Jesy Nelson. Nelson publicly announced her departure from the British girl group in December last year. The reason for Nelson’s sudden departure was the external pressures of being in the band taking a toll on her mental health. After her departure, she recalled feeling freer and happier, noting how she wakes up now and doesn’t feel like she has to compare herself to the other three group members every day.

“Even recently, I was still getting compared to them,” Jesy Nelson to Cosmopolitan U.K. “It’s horrible when you already don’t like something about yourself to then have thousands of people point it out. Now I feel like me. When I look back [at my time] in the band, I genuinely wasn’t me. I can’t believe how miserable I was.”

Even with the departure of a prominent member of their group, Little Mix still went on to produce many singles from their last album without Nelson. They also had some collaborations with other artists, including “Confetti (Remix)” with Saweetie and “Heartbreak Anthem” with David Guetta and Galantis.

As said previously, this is officially the first single they will release as a trio. In their new single, the women stunningly declare their power and self-love through the new things that they can accomplish in their lives. They are queens in charge of their own futures, and they are emulating the purpose of extensionality through gorgeous visuals, beautiful harmonies and an upbeat tempo with underlying tones of royalty and maturity.

The new single is the perfect way to introduce their fans to the new era of Little Mix, as this captures their new sound into a revamped era of music, happiness and possibilities.

This new feeling of rebirth and happiness coincides perfectly with their personal lives as well. Two of the three remaining band members are soon to start families with their significant others, as both Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards announced earlier this year that they are going to be mothers! Pinnock welcomed twins on Aug. 16 with her fiancé Andre Gray, and Edwards welcomed a baby boy on Aug. 21 with her partner Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
