Google Drive

Sure, some of Valley’s picks of the week are the best beauty products or a cool new water bottle that just hit the market, but this week… it’s Google Drive. Yes, Google Drive, every college students’ godsend. From communicating through Gmail or collaborating on a Google Slides, it’s the best thing since sliced bread. And we need to take a moment to appreciate it and all of its greatness. For one, it makes those awful group projects a little more tolerable.

Google Drive launched in 2012 and has since gained over 240 million active users. Once you sign up for a Gmail account, you have access to 15 GB of online storage. You can also purchase more storage for different rates. This gives you access to Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.

Valley suggests you sign-up ASAP for a Gmail account! If you have one, great, continue to take full advantage of it. They say all good things must come to an end, let’s hope that’s not true in this case.
