The Ultimate Quarantine and Chill Playlist

Here at VALLEY, we believe in making the most of these days in quarantine by staying home and focusing on ourselves! Honestly, we’ve lost count of how many days we’ve even been in self-quarantine. Want to know our secret? It’s this bomb playlist that will force the inner pop princess (or prince) in you to come out during these tough times. Basically, if you’re not isolating yourself and staying 6 feet away from other people — we’re judging you. Unless you’re on the frontlines fighting COVID-19 and saving the lives of those impacted by it. And we definitely are NOT judging you for dancing alone in your room for hours to these songs.

Here are some of the songs on this playlist we suggest blasting (extra) loud.

Wannabe – Spice Girls

If you wanna be my lover, you gotta self-quarantine. Grab the hair brush, pretend it’s your microphone (yes we all do that). Channel your inner Spice Girl!

Work From Home – Fifth Harmony feat. Ty Dolla $ign

This song is even more relevant now than it was in 2016. You’re the boss at home! Put in that work from home and then dance to this song.

Supalonely – BENEE feat. Gus Dapperton

If you have TikTok, you’ve probably heard this song. Chances are it’s also stuck in your head. Don’t fight it. We’re all supalonely during this self-quarantine period. Turn this song up and learn that new TikTok dance!

Hold My Hand – Jess Glynne

Okay, so we all know what social distancing is by now. This means staying a healthy 6 feet apart from people at all times — so, unfortunately, darling (don’t) hold my hand. But that doesn’t mean we can’t sing and dance about it!

Dancing Queen – ABBA

Does this one even need an explanation? YOU CAN DANCE! YOU CAN JIVE! HAVING THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE! Remember, just because you’re staying home doesn’t mean you can’t have a good time. (Healthy reminder that watching “Mamma Mia” will always put you in a good mood.)
