Many beauty guru YouTubers come out with their own products through another brand. Jeffree Star has his very own makeup brand called Jeffree Star Cosmetics. He is most known for his liquid lipsticks because they are safe to use anywhere on the face – even the eyes.
On February 1, Jeffree Star announced a collaboration with Morphe. Morphe is an affordable makeup brand that is known to many people because of its large eyeshadow palettes and brushes that come in extremely affordable sets. Morphe products are often used by many of the prominent beauty YouTubers.
Many YouTubers have collaborated with Morphe before – the two biggest collaborations are the James Charles X Morphe Palette and the Jaclyn Hill Palette. Jaclyn Hill’s palette is one of the top-selling palettes at Ulta.

Jeffree’s collaboration with Morphe was a seven-piece brush set, consisting of three face, three eye brushes and an eyebrow brush. The set comes in a pink bag, and the brushes are covered in Jeffree’s signature bubblegum pink.
There are also Jeffree Star beauty sponges, for those who aren’t brush fans, to begin with.
The brush collection came as a shock for many people because Jeffree does have his own makeup line. However, this is Star’s first ever brush collection, and everyone seems to be extremely pleased with the outcome.
Tati Westbrook, a beauty YouTuber who tests products, made an entire video reviewing the brush set and even challenged them against her everyday brushes. She had nothing but nice things to say about the collaboration and brush set, and the Jeffree brushes held their own against everyday day ones.
Jeffree hasn’t released any makeup in a while – his last palette being the Alien palette that shocked everyone with the green and purple shadows.
Shane Dawson accompanied Jeffree Star to the ribbon cutting of the new Morphe store in Sacramento, California. Dawson is a YouTuber as well, but his videos have transitioned to “docuseries” type videos.
Dawson has announced he is doing a new series with Jeffree, but the concept of the video has not been revealed.
There does seem to be a new collaboration in the mix between Jeffree and Shane. Will it be a palette? Face products? The world has yet to find out.

Some of Jeffree’s most famous eyeshadow palettes, such as the Blood Sugar, have been constantly out of stock since their release early last year.
It is safe to say that Jeffree Star is no amateur to the makeup world, and he does not seem to be stopping anytime soon. Thirteen million subscribers and counting, Jeffree is one of the biggest beauty gurus on YouTube.
