The year 2021 has been filled with moments that we will never forget. Some of those moments include celebrity pregnancies, engagements, movie and tv premieres and more. However, one of the most memorable things to remember in 2021 is the looks that we have been gifted on a daily basis. As we wrap up 2021, VALLEY is going to be looking into the best looks from celebrities to come out of the year so far. These looks have been derived from the Oscars, Met Gala, VMAs and more.
Zendaya at the Oscars
Zendaya is pictured at the Oscars in a bright yellow Valentino dress comprised of a bralette-like top and a long skirt with a lettuce hem. This look is also accompanied by a silver necklace and her hair styled in long waves.
Lil Nas X at the MTV VMAS
Lil Nas X is dressed in a half jacket, half skirt in lavender by Versace at the MTV Video Music Awards this year. He styled this look with the ’80s inspired Jheri curl to balance out the whole ensemble.
Lady Gaga at the “House of Gucci” Premiere in UK
Lady Gaga arrived at the “House of Gucci” movie premiere in a flowy, purple dress made by Gucci. She styled the airy ensemble with black fishnets, high platform heels and an old Hollywood-styled hairdo with dark makeup.
Anya Taylor-Joy at the Golden Globes
Anna Taylor-Joy was dressed in a shimmery emerald green dress comprised of a strappy back and a deep low-cut v neckline by Dior at the Golden Globes. She styled this look with loose curls, a bold dark maroon lip and white champagne square earrings.

Bella Hadid was dressed in a seemingly simple long black dress with a gold ribcage detail by Schiaparelli. She styled this look with simplistic, natural makeup and dangly ruby earrings and black heels.

Dakota Johnson was dressed in a long beaded gown embezzled with silver and gold gems and sequins in a look created by Gucci. The dress is prominent with tassels of sequins and comprised of a skirt of gems and beads.

Dua Lipa appeared at the Grammys in a turquoise and pink fluorescent gown made up of sequins and beads created by Versace. She styled this look with a bone-straight hairstyle and similar fluorescent, beaded heels as well.

Finally, we have Kendall Jenner dressed in an Audrey Hepburn-inspired look from “My Fair Lady.” This Givenchy haute couture gown is comprised of several embellishments under a sheer dress giving a naked illusion. Jenner styled this dress with a berry lip, a silver choker necklace, simple nude heels and matching elbow-length gloves.
