It may sound like we’re crazy, but Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has amazing healing qualities and it’s all natural. Valley is here to tell you how to use ACV for results that those expensive pills and creams can’t give.

Clear Skin

You might want to close your eyes and plug your nose for this one, because you’re about to put it on your face. ACV balances the pH of your skin, which can reduce oil and stop flaking skin, all while cleansing the skin, which can stop breakouts cased by bacteria.

Find a container (preferably a small bottle) and pour 1/3 parts ACV and 2/3 part water into the bottle. Remove your makeup at night, whether that’s after cleansing or using wipes, then, grab a cotton ball and squirt a quarter-sized amount onto a cotton pad.
