Pumpkin Dip: The Sweet and Simple Way To Top Off Any Holiday Meal

We know, we know, you’re probably sick of pumpkin flavored this or that and ready for all of the peppermint infused winter treats. But the fall season isn’t over until December 20th, so Valley is going to hold on tight to our PSL’s for as long as possible. To add to your pumpkin arsenal, Valley has a quick and simple recipe for a pumpkin dip that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser at any Friendsgiving or Thanksgiving celebration. Ingredients:

1 cup of canned pumpkin puree

½ confectionery powdered sugar

8 ounces of softened cream cheese

½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

8 ounces of Cool Whip topping

Granny Smith apple slices and graham crackers

Directions:

1. Combine the puree, sugar, cream cheese and cinnamon in a medium/large bowl and beat together with an electric mixer.

2. Once the ingredients are blended together smoothly, fold the Cool Whip in.

3. Refrigerate dip until you’re ready to serve.

4. Serve the dip with the apple slices and graham crackers.
