You know them. You love them. You spent most of your impressionable middle school years listening to them in your bedroom.

That’s right, 10 years after first joining together on “The X Factor,” One Direction is rumored to be getting together once more. We know. Try and hold it together.

Fans first started genuinely getting excited over the possibility when Liam Payne didn’t deny rumors on “The Late Late Show with James Corden.” It was there that he said he isn’t allowed to say too much “obviously because I would be giving it away,” regarding the band’s current status.

Liam also mentioned that he spoke to Niall and Louis over FaceTime during the pandemic. While a live reunion might be unable to occur on the exact 10 year anniversary date due to COVID-19, there is still hope for an eventual reunion.

Harry, Niall, Louis and Liam re-followed Zayn on Twitter, according to MailOnline. Zayn is also now no longer listed as an “ex-member” on Google, and the banner on Apple Music features him again.

Coincidence? We don’t think so.

On Monday, March 13, #OneDirectionReunion was trending on Twitter after the boys re-followed Zayn. And needless to say, fans are losing it.
