Easter-Inspired Nails

Just because Penn State doesn’t give us time off for Easter doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate the occasion with cute Easter nails.

Matte Pastel

Pastel nails are always a spring favorite. Chances are you already have a light pink, lavender or baby blue polish in your collection. Give traditional pastel nails a twist by topping with a matte topcoat.

Easter Bunny White

White nails aren’t nearly as big as they used to be, but we really wish they were. Bright white nails will brighten up your mani and your day.

Polka Dots

Polka dots are a fun nail trend that will make you feel like you’re six again. Start with a light colored solid coat, then use a toothpick and dip it right in the bottle of a different color to create perfect polka nails.

Easter Egg Nails

This is way easier than it sounds. Start with a solid coat, then use a toothpick or a thin nail brush to create zigzag lines and dots on your nails. Take your Easter egg nails to the next level by using a different base color on each nail.

Ombré Nails

For the perfect ombré nails, you’ll need three shades of the same color. Start by painting your entire nail with the darkest of the three shades. Then, using a makeup sponge, dab the medium shade from the middle of your nails to the tips. Then, use another makeup sponge to do the same with the lightest shade, applying only to the tip of the nail. Top with a clear topcoat to complete your perfect Easter mani.

Try one of these cute nail trends this Easter weekend and let us know what you think!
