It all began when Carolyn Rafaelian would accompany her father, to work at Cinerama, a Cranston-based jewelry factory. Little did she know, shortly after creating her own jewelry pieces, she would eventually become CEO of Alex and Ani, a positive energy company known for its signature expandable bangles.
