Bethenny Frankel’s viral “Supermodel Snack” you’ll want to try tonight

TikTok has found its latest snack craze, and it’s all thanks to reality TV star turned lifestyle boss Bethenny Frankel’s. The former Real Housewives of New York City star and Skinnygirl founder has been showing off what she calls her “Supermodel Snack.”

The idea is simple, quick and crave-worthy. It’s the total opposite of something that takes hours to prep. Frankel’s version hits salty, creamy, crunchy and a little luxurious all at once. Think cottage cheese, Lay’s potato chips and a spoonful of caviar. Yes, caviar. Frankel scoops cottage cheese into a bowl, uses a plain chip and adds a small spoonful of the good stuff. “It’s salty, creamy, crunchy, everything,” she says in her TikTok, trying it.

The Snack Philosophy

Frankel’s snack routine isn’t about counting calories or an aesthetic plate. Her philosophy is to use what you already have, keep it simple and trust your taste buds. Sometimes it’s kettle chips with tuna. Other times, Triscuit crackers with hummus and pickles. Or pretzels with almond butter and sea salt.

It’s low effort, high flavor and completely customizable. In true Bethenny fashion, it’s also a little rebellious because it proves that healthy and indulgent can exist in the same bite.

Making It Your Own

TikTok users have quickly turned the “Supermodel Snack” into their own creative challenge. Comment sections are filled with people sharing their favorite versions, from rice cakes with whipped cream cheese and Everything But the Bagel seasoning to pita chips with Greek yogurt and hot honey, or Doritos with sour cream and salsa.

It’s snack-time creativity at its best and shows how something this simple can take over social media. The fun part is watching people combine random ingredients from their pantry and still feel a little fancy while doing it.

Simple, Luxurious, Must be Bethenny

In a world full of complicated “girl dinners” and expensive smoothie bowls, Frankel’s snack hack feels refreshing. It’s casual but still luxe, the kind of thing you can make in your dorm room between classes or while catching up on your favorite show. It also fits perfectly with Frankel’s brand because it’s easy, practical and just elevated enough to feel special.

So the next time you’re craving something satisfying but don’t want to cook, try your own version. Grab a chip, a creamy dip and a sprinkle of something fancy, then call it your Supermodel Snack moment. Sometimes the best things come together in two minutes with no stress required.
