Taking exams or having long days of studying can be so dreadful. Sitting, staring at a screen all day while you finish your work can leave you feeling drained and gross. Once that feeling develops, your work ethic starts to dwindle, and we can’t have that. So today, VALLEY presents you with a guide on how to look your best, so you’ll feel your best, so you can do your best!
Fake It ‘Till You Make It
Psychology says that your brain doesn’t know the difference between a real and a fake smile, so in an attempt to get out of that funk, plaster on a smile and you’ll slowly start to feel better.
We’re going to apply this same theory, but with our studying/exam outfits. Wearing a cute outfit is sure to make anyone feel more confident—and that’s exactly what we need when going into an exam. In the morning, maybe carve out a little more time to pick out an outfit. This can be anywhere from a comfy and cute matching set to jeans and a fun top!

Two-Thirds
Another issue with taking exams or studying in public is that we can often become self-conscious of how we look from others’ perspectives. Although it’s unlikely that anyone is actually paying attention to you, the thought can still linger, leaving us worried about our appearance, rather than our studies.
You may not have time to pick out an outfit that will make you feel your best, so VALLEY presents to you the two-thirds rule. The two-thirds rule is the idea that you put a little extra effort into two out of three: hair, makeup and outfit. Feeling put together in one or two out of the three will make you feel better overall, leaving you more confident and ready to ace your exams!

Rest Days
We can’t look or feel our best every day, but we can try and take the time to look our best on the important days. Even if you go into an exam feeling disorganized, knowing none of the material—despite the hours of studying—at least you can look forward to walking out of the exam and realizing, at least you looked good.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My site has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any solutions to help reduce content from being ripped off? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
Admiring the hard work you put into your blog and in depth information you offer. It’s awesome to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same outdated rehashed material. Wonderful read! I’ve bookmarked your site and I’m adding your RSS feeds to my Google account.

Thanks for your article. I would like to opinion that the first thing you will need to carry out is find out if you really need credit score improvement. To do that you need to get your hands on a duplicate of your credit profile. That should not be difficult, since government necessitates that you are allowed to acquire one free copy of your real credit report on a yearly basis. You just have to ask the right people today. You can either read the website for the Federal Trade Commission as well as contact one of the leading credit agencies immediately.
