Protein. The same thing you used to get nagged about for eating as a child. You know, the typical chicken, steak and other meats. If you grew up in a vegetarian household, you may have seen tofu and various beans a lot. However, recently, protein has been popping up in a plethora of different ways. Like, in everything. What’s with the new protein craze? And why do I kind of want to join in on it?
