“Farmer Wants a Wife” is a show where four men (Colton, Jay, John and Matt) who have taken over the farming life in the U.S., have a group of about eight women they have to pick from. Every episode, the women are narrowed down as some decide to leave and some are asked to. Like every other reality show, in the first few episodes everyone is getting to know each other, things are relaxed. However, after the fourth or fifth episode, stuff goes down.

Breaking It Down

In regards to Farmer John, everyone in the media has been obsessed with him and Samantha. Yet after line dancing, Samantha decided to leave. She stated that if he didn’t meet her expectations that night, she would have to make a decision, and, like a woman of her word, she did. Despite this, Farmer John didn’t try and convince her to stay, but instead respected her decision even though it seemed like he was only ever interested in her. On this week’s episode, he ended bringing another girl back, which has led the girls from his group to think that he wanted more options because they weren’t enough after Samantha left.

Farmer Matt, on the other hand, has had to deal with his group of girls’ drama in their house after a miscommunication issue. Because of this, one of his girls, Rachel, ended up leaving as he didn’t believe her. Rachel and Halleh have been posting their stories on TikTok about what actually happened.

Farmer Colton is actually a father, and, to be honest, he has been kissing too many girls at once. From the beginning of the show he has shown the most interest in Bailee which the audience can clearly tell. The other girls have said they felt left in the dark, although he has tried going on dates with other girls. As well as Farmer John, Colton brought in a new girl in this week’s episode.

Lastly, with Farmer Jay you can tell that he wants to get to know every girl and is being careful about what he says and does. His girls got into drama while the line dance was going on, and he was open to talking to them, not letting it affect his choice for whom he truly likes.

Overall, this show is filled with romance and drama, as well as a lot of stories going on at once.

  • Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this website. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s challenging to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and appearance. I must say that you’ve done a excellent job with this. Also, the blog loads very quick for me on Chrome. Superb Blog!
