The “Wicked”-pocalypse is Among Us

One of the most anticipated film releases of the last decade is quickly approaching. Part one of the film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical “Wicked” is set to premiere in theaters on November 22. This release, just like the story of “Wicked” itself, is larger than life.

All of the “Wicked” brand collaborations that have hit the shelves in the past few weeks are here to show for it. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by all of the new Oz themed merchandise and are unsure which products to pick up, no worries, VALLEY’s got you covered.

R.E.M Beauty

Starting off strong we have a makeup collection created by Ms. Galinda herself, Ariana Grande, for her cosmetic brand R.E.M Beauty. This capsule collection features products all designed to capture the essence of Oz. These products are already available through her website and in retailers such as Ulta.

The Galinda set includes a liquid eyeshadow, eyeliner, lipstick and a cheek and lip stick all in varying shades of the good witch’s iconic colors.

The Elphaba set includes the same products as her counterpart but this part of the collection has a color-changing lip balm inspired by the wicked witch herself.

Stanley Cups

The iconic Stanley brand is also joining in on the “Wicked” frenzy, releasing two 40z quencher tumblers in pink and green. These cups are set to release online on October 13 exclusively at Target. Some people have already begun finding these cups on shelves in stores as well.

ALDO

ALDO’s “Wicked” collection is definitely one of the most extensive and expensive compared to the other brands we’ve curated for this list but it’s also one of VALLEY’s favorites. This collaboration could have a separate article dedicated to itself.

For now, we’ll share some of the most exciting pieces from the collection that are perfect for the most chic of “Wicked” fans. These pieces will be available on ALDO”s website beginning October 17.

These heels inspired by Galinda and her classic magic wand are perfect for the person who wants a little magic in their wardrobe.

If green is more your vibe than pink, or you resonate more with Elphaba than Galinda, these emerald heels would be ideal for you to walk down the yellow brick road in.

Hair bows have been all the rage and this “Wicked” take on the accessory would be perfect to wear to your first screening.

Aerie

This collection may be the comfiest of the bunch. Aerie released loungewear that will be the most fun to sleep in and it truly reminds you that pink does in fact go well with green.

This sweatshirt is a more subtle piece of “Wicked” merch. Ideal for the minimalist who still wants to represent their love for the musical.

These joggers can be used as comfy lazy day wear or for running your most mystic errands in.

Sleep masks are not a common piece of merchandise released for movie promotions but this pastel bubble-printed eye mask will help you drift off to your most whimsical dreams.

Béis

If you’re planning on upgrading your luggage for your next adventure then look no further than Shay Mitchell’s hit luggage brand Béis and its newest “Wicked” collab. These iridescent suitcases will have you shining bright on your next trip and ensure that your belongings are perfectly secure.
