Are you looking for a unique girls’ night out? Look no further, Taylor Swift is coming to a theater near you!
That’s right! Swift announced the TS The Eras Tour Concert Film on Aug. 31, on her Instagram,
“The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I’m overjoyed to tell you that it’ll be coming to the big screen soon. Starting Oct 13th you’ll be able to experience the concert film in theaters in North America! Tickets are on sale now. Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing and dancing encouraged.”

Tiktokers speculate if her tour would become a movie after a camera crew filmed her August shows at SoFi stadium in Los Angeles! This is not the first time Swift has documented a tour. In 2018, Netflix released the Taylor Swift Reputation Tour Movie.
Unlike centering the film around one album you can watch in the comfort of your living room, the Eras Tour Concert Film will take viewers through her 10 albums and two surprise songs. The tour has been five months of costume changes, music videos, surprise guests and an atmosphere like no other.
Due to the high demand for Eras Tour tickets, many fans could not get tickets. The concert film invites fans for a unique experience. The film will be released in Canada, Mexico and the United States! The release date is a subtle nod to Swift’s lucky number, 13. The film will have at least four showtimes, Thursdays through Sundays at every AMC location. You can currently find tickets on AMC’s website and Fandango.
Tickets are currently being sold for $19.89 which references her newest re-recorded album 1989 (Taylor’s Version), which is set to be released on Oct. 27. The film has already hit a record, AMC Theatres announced that on September 1st, pre-sale tickets earned $26 million. This is the most pre-sold ticket in a single day by AMC.
Swift is making headlines!
Swift is halfway through her tour as she will be playing internationally until the summer of 2024. The singer has accomplished several milestones during this tour. In an article published by TIME Magazine, the Era’s Tour is anticipated to be the most successful tour in history. The tour is estimated to earn $2.2 billion in ticket sales and she has announced the release of two re-recorded albums, Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) and 1989 (Taylor’s Version) at her shows. In another article published by NBC News, Swift was credited for boosting the economy in cities such as Chicago and Philadelphia by boosting hotel bookings.
There is no other artist that has performed for three hours with only hit songs. Everyone is expecting the premiere will be full of fun backdrops, behind-the-scenes footage, fashion, and excitement from moviegoers like any other. While there are not many films you can sing and dance to in theaters, we see that she is truly changing the industry. Who knows? Maybe this film will lead to yet another big announcement.

I’ve been using Movable-type on a number of websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it? Any kind of help would be really appreciated!
