Classic Mixed Berry

What you’ll need:
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- ½ cup of frozen blackberries
- ½ cup of frozen raspberries
- 1 ½ cups of milk (your choice of milk)
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
What you’ll do:
- Take fruit out of the freezer and grab your ingredients.
- Put milk, Greek yogurt and frozen fruit into a blender and mix until the consistency is smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Enjoy!
Cherry Dragonfruit

What you’ll need:
- 1 3½-ounce package of frozen dragon fruit or 1 cup fresh red dragon fruit
- 1 cup frozen sweet cherries
- 1 cup frozen banana or one medium banana
- 1 cup sweetened vanilla almond or soy milk, or plant-based milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or sweetener of your choice (optional)
What you’ll do:
- Add the dragonfruit, cherries and banana to the blender.
- Pour in the plant milk and optional sweetener, then blend for one minute or until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Enjoy!
Mango Pineapple

What you’ll need:
- 1 cup frozen mangos
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ¾ cup water
What you’ll do:
- Place the mangos, pineapple, yogurt and water into your blender.
- Blend on high speed until very smooth. If you want a thinner smoothie, add a little bit more water.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Banana

What you’ll need:
- 2 bananas, broken into chunks
- 2 cups of milk
- ½ cup of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey (or to taste)
- 2 cups of ice cubes
What you’ll do:
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Enjoy!
Green Machine

What you’ll need:
- 1 cup frozen spinach or kale
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ tablespoon almond butter
- 1 to 2 cups peeled and frozen oranges (or frozen pineapple or mango chunks)
- ½ teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 cup almond milk (and more as needed to blend)
- Handful of ice
What you’ll do:
- In a blender, place the spinach, banana, almond butter, 1 cup frozen fruit and chia seeds. Then add the almond milk and blend until smooth, adding more almond milk as needed.
- Add the ice and blend again.
- Taste and add more frozen fruit if you want your smoothie to be sweeter. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Enjoy!
