It’s that time of year when you either really decide to lock in… or give up. Although everyone pushes themselves the entire year, there is nothing harder than the final month of school. The combination of the post spring break blues, the thought of summer and graduation around the corner and making the most of your last month on campus can overpower the desire to academically succeed.
The last four weeks make it harder to really want to lock down and give your grades that final push to get to the best they can be. There’s a way to balance both, instead of going to that wine Wednesday out at the frats, stay in with a (nicer than bagged wine) glass of wine with the roommates and have a girls night while doing your homework too.

However, not everyone is the same. Some people might start slacking off their academics because of the fear of missing out on the end of year fun, whether at the fraternities or at the downtown bars. For others, the crash out is really hitting. They are putting in all the effort they possibly can, but that still seems to never be enough. And for those, a break from work is exactly what might be needed.
Taking the night off, and we mean REALLY taking the night off, could be a perfect reset to really push yourself to do it all in those last few weeks. And we mean a night of self care: no bars, no frats, even no work. Reset, and come back ready for the next few weeks of bar crawls, frat parties and the dreaded exams.

Unless you’re a senior, (because if you are, just enjoy every second you can) it’s time to really focus on that end of semester push. Those relationships you never made with your professor before today, it’s time to start making them now. Most professors just want to see the effort that you are putting in, and see actual progress be made. So pick up that computer, and send an email if you need to. Start really reading those weekly journal articles that all your teachers give you, and start really trying to pull those grades up while you can, instead of risking the chat GPT accusations.
We know it isn’t easy trying to focus on schoolwork when the weather gets warmer, and those frat guys start playing dye while you’re walking home, but in the end, it will have been worth it. This is the end of semester push!

In line with my study, after a the foreclosure home is offered at an auction, it is common to the borrower to still have any remaining balance on the mortgage loan. There are many lenders who attempt to have all expenses and liens paid back by the future buyer. However, depending on specified programs, legislation, and state legal guidelines there may be some loans that are not easily handled through the shift of loans. Therefore, the duty still falls on the lender that has acquired his or her property in foreclosure. Thanks for sharing your opinions on this blog.
