The 2024 Bachelor Resurgence

ABC’s classic reality dating show “The Bachelor” has been airing on the network since 2002. The show has been the predecessor for other successful spin-offs such as “The Bachelorette”, “Bachelor in Paradise” and most recently, “The Golden Bachelor”. However, in the past few years, the appeal and immense popularity of the show has dwindled.

Views became stagnant and the power “The Bachelor” held in turning its contestants into overnight celebrities dwindled. That was until the most recent season of “The Bachelor”, starring Joey Graziadei began airing this past January.

Who is Joey Graziadei?

Graziadei is a 28-year-old Pennsylvania native and professional tennis player. He became a fan favorite of Bachelor Nation during his time on Charity Lawson’s season of “The Bachelorette” but unfortunately did not receive the final rose, coming in as the runner-up.

He became the most obvious choice for the series’s next lead as viewers became obsessed with his sensible personality and curly dark hair. Excitement for his season, even before its premiere, was higher than it has been in years for ABC. This energy only intensified after Joey’s journey began airing, drawing in audiences consisting of new and old “Bachelor” fans alike. His premiere episode racked in an astonishing 6 million viewers.

Who is Accepting the Roses?

As charming as Graziadei is, he is not fully responsible for the rapid success of his season. The women vying for Joey’s heart have also entranced the viewers and have made the process much more interesting to watch. People have been much more intrigued by the women this time around due to their livelier personalities. Two in particular have become this season’s shining stars, Maria Georgas and Daisy Kent.

The Fascination with Maria Georgas

Maria is a fiery 27-year-old from Toronto, Canada with star power all around. She stunned night one when she first met Joey in a vintage Ema Savahl dress. Her fashion has since become a popular topic of discussion on TikTok and viewers have become fixated on her style. Maria made waves after changing out of a beautiful satin cream mini dress into a sexier lace two-piece set during her private conversation with Joey during a group date. Some of the other girls on this date alongside her became upset by Maria’s behavior, claiming it to be attention-seeking and inappropriate. Joey himself was impressed by Maria’s transformation.

Her style isn’t the only reason why she is a fan favorite for the final rose. Maria was placed in the forefront of drama by other women throughout the past few episodes. Maria was applauded for handling herself with grace while also not allowing any of the women to walk over her. Joey was lied to about Maria and she still managed to remain poise.

Georgas’s bubbly and fun personality is another piece of her that viewers love. She has been seen bringing out a more goofy side to Joey that is usually covered by his relaxed regime.

Daisy Kent: This Seaon’s Blooming Flower

Daisy is 25 years old and from Minnesota. She immediately surprised viewers by revealing her past battle with Lyme disease and her experience with hearing loss. Kent has discussed her time adjusting to her disability and her process of obtaining a cochlear implant. The audience and Joey were astonished by Daisy’s profound story and her positive outlook on everything she’s gone through.

After the first episode, Daisy was immediately cast as the season’s future winner. People were claiming on TikTok that the engagement ring must go to her just based on the way that Joey looked at Daisy. Their conversations have been both playful and meaningful at the same time. Bachelor Nation believes that Daisy and Joey could be a perfect pairing because they both exude a calming energy and match one another.

Joey must’ve felt as immediately drawn to Daisy as the audience was because he invited her on the first one-on-one date of the season. This is where she opened up about her struggle and hearing loss to him, in which Joey was nothing but receptive. There are still ways to go until it is revealed if Daisy truly is Joey’s “love at first sight” but the odds are looking pretty good.

  • Another thing I have really noticed is that for many people, poor credit is the reaction of circumstances further than their control. For example they may be actually saddled having an illness and as a consequence they have large bills going to collections. It can be due to a employment loss or maybe the inability to do the job. Sometimes divorce can truly send the funds in the undesired direction. Thank you for sharing your opinions on this blog site.

  • You actually make it seem really easy together with your presentation however I to find this topic to be really something that I feel I would never understand. It kind of feels too complex and very extensive for me. I am looking ahead in your subsequent put up, I?ll try to get the hang of it!

  • In accordance with my study, after a property foreclosure home is sold at a bidding, it is common to the borrower to still have any remaining balance on the personal loan. There are many financial institutions who try and have all service fees and liens cleared by the next buyer. On the other hand, depending on certain programs, rules, and state laws there may be some loans which are not easily resolved through the exchange of lending products. Therefore, the responsibility still remains on the debtor that has received his or her property foreclosed on. Many thanks for sharing your notions on this web site.
