PSU Loyalty List

We’ve all seen the betrayal list, but what about a loyalty list? A list to look at the bright side of Penn State. VALLEY has curated a list of small things that happen in a day to give you a little extra pep in your step.

People Holding The Door

Nothing is better than when you’re walking up to the building for your class, and the person in front of you looks behind them before letting the door close.

Getting An 80 Or Higher On An Exam

Midterms and finals season is stressful. Getting a passing grade is a blessing, let alone a high B or an A. That’s when it’s time for celebration.

Fully Charged AirPods And Computer

You’re waking to class, about to fearfully check if your headphones are charged. You connect them to your phone, and you see they’re fully charged. You get to class, and that means phase two has begun: Is my computer charged? To your delight, you open it up and see that it too is fully charged.

Class Getting Canceled

There’s likely nothing better than waking up for your 8 a.m. class to see that it has been canceled. No mile-long walk, and you get to roll over and go back to sleep.

No Cold Calling

Not all professors, but a select few, deem it necessary to cold-call on students in class. Making it through the class without being cold-called on feels like a blessing (especially if you didn’t get around to the reading.)

No Protesters Outside The HUB

You’re walking past the HUB in silence — nothing but other students commuting to class and talking. There are no protesters outside, so no one is yelling at them. Just peace, quiet and no one trying to force you to take a pamphlet.

No Cover/Cheap Cover

You and your friends are going out and you check how much the cover is going to cost, but there is none. That basically means you get to spend your cover budget on more drinks.

Tailgates

There’s nothing quite like a Penn State tailgate: food, drinks, friends and the best school spirit. There’s nothing better!

Clear Path

Not everyone walks at the same pace, and that’s okay, but seeing there’s a clear path for you to pass people when walking will make anyone’s day a little brighter!

Creamery Ice Cream

Everyone needs a sweet treat sometimes, and what place is better than the Creamery right on campus?

  • Hey there would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re working with? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m having a hard time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

  • Fantastic web site. Plenty of useful info here. I am sending it to several friends ans also sharing in delicious. And certainly, thanks for your effort!

Hiya, I’m really glad I’ve found this info. Today bloggers publish only about gossips and net and this is actually irritating. A good website with interesting content, this is what I need. Thanks for keeping this web site, I’ll be visiting it. Do you do newsletters? Can’t find it.

  • Real nice design and good articles, hardly anything else we need : D.

Thanks , I have just been looking for information about this topic for ages and yours is the greatest I have came upon till now. However, what concerning the conclusion? Are you certain in regards to the source?

  • I think this web site has some rattling fantastic info for everyone :D. “The test of every religious, political, or educational system is the man that it forms.” by Henri Frdric Amiel.

  • The following time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I imply, I do know it was my option to read, but I actually thought youd have something attention-grabbing to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could repair if you happen to werent too busy looking for attention.

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?

  • Hey There. I found your blog using msn. That is a really neatly written article. I will make sure to bookmark it and return to learn more of your helpful info. Thanks for the post. I’ll certainly comeback.
