VALLEY has great news! State College’s beloved outdoor maker and vintage market, Pop Up Ave, will be returning to Allen Street on Saturday, Sept. 20 from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. After the market’s switch from Fraser Street to Allen Street earlier this year, Pop Up Ave is now hosting their largest market yet, which will feature 42 vendors. The expanded space gives way for the event to grow and here at VALLEY, we couldn’t be more excited!
“Happy Valley is home to some of the best makers and creators, so showing them off is pretty easy,” says Brad Groznik, co-founder of Pop Up Ave.
Shop (And Eat And Dance) ‘Til You Drop
Shoppers can expect a packed lineup of favorite returning vendors such as Go State Designs, Molly Au Contraire and Ataraxiaowl Creative Mandalas & Florals. New brands will also be hitting Allen Street for the first time including, BurnSesh Hot Sauce, Champagne on a Wednesday and Memories at a Touch.
If your excitement lies more with the food and drink options, don’t worry — Pop Up Ave has that covered. You can expect delicious eats from Super Duper Café and dessert from The Cakeshop by Tati while washing it all down with a beverage from Idou Coffee Co.
After filling up on your favorite foods and purchasing your new favorite dress, kick back and relax with a drink from Boal City Brewing and Antifragile Brewing Company in the beer garden. To top it off, dance over to the Bill Welch Memorial to watch a variety of DJs perform on the stage.

Plan Your Visit Now!
Pop Up Ave isn’t just a day for shopping (although we love that part a lot) it’s a community event, catered to anyone and everyone. Whoever visits Allen Street on Saturday, Sept. 20 will surely find something they love about Pop Up Ave.
Whether you’re looking for vintage jewelry, gameday merch or even hot sauce, Pop Up Ave will have it all.
“We’re excited to see the Happy Valley community out and about to enjoy the buzz of students back, the Fall weather and the talented vendors that will be at Pop Up Ave,” said Brad Groznik, co-founder of Pop Up Ave.
Be sure to plan your visit now because this is an event nobody in State College will want to miss. More information and the full vendor list can be found at popupave.com.
