Selena’s rise to fame was nothing short of easy. As a child star, Gomez endured circumstances many kids can’t relate to. At the age of 12, she was scouted by Disney Channel and only a few years later she starred in the hit show, “Wizards of Waverley Place.” The beginning of her career made it clear: she would be a star.
