Valley’s Spring Break 2014 Playlist

JonathanHsieh.8TrackWith spring break now here (wasn’t it just Thanksgiving like a week ago, though?), we will all need something good to listen to. Let Valley take care of your spring break playlist for you.

“Radioactive” – Imagine Dragons

This song is perfect for every mood, whether you’re driving around at home with your friends or you’re out at a bar (if you’re at the latter, I highly suggest that you send a video snap chat of it to everybody you know).

“Roar” – Katy Perry.

Granted, it’s been out for a while, but it’s an amazing anthem and will take you back to Go-Go Gadget’s incredible THON performance in an instant.

“Timber” – Pitbull featuring Ke$ha

It isn’t leaving any time soon, so just keep embracing it.

“Hey Brother” – Avicii

A country-ish sounding Avicii song? We’ll take it (and also, it was featured in some THON videos to help your withdrawal).

“Say Something” – A Brave New World featuring Christina Aguilera

If you need something mellow or you just feel like doing a duet with yourself, this is the perfect song to do it.

“Counting Stars” – One Republic

A song that sounds nothing like the One Republic we all grew to know and love a few years ago – this one’s upbeat, easy to dance to, and probably won’t remind you of someone the way “Apologize” or “Secrets” would.

“Royals” – Lorde

Another song out for a while, but it’s one that those of us who have accepted our fate to never be rich can relate to. Not to mention, its chill tempo can give you a break from fist-pumping, but you still know all the words.

“Turn Down for What” – Lil’ Jon

Self-explanatory.
