Cranberry Apple Cider
5 cups of apple cider
5 cups of cranberry juice
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of honey
Simmer for five minutes. Makes 8-10 servings.
Apple Cider Punch
6 cups of apple cider
2 cups of orange juice or orange-mango juice
½ cup lemon juice
3 cups of sparkling grape juice
Combine ingredients. Makes 8-10 servings.
Ginger Lime Fizz
1 cup of fresh ginger
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of water
1 cup of lime juice
4 cups of seltzer
Create a simple syrup by simmering ginger, sugar and water in a saucepan. Strain out ginger when finished. Combine ginger syrup, lime juice and seltzer, pour over ice. Makes 8 servings.
Red Apple “Sangria”
4 cups of apple juice
1 cup of lemon juice
2 cups of orange juice
2 cups of sparkling grape juice
Combine ingredients and pour over ice. Add sliced apples if desired. Makes 8-10 servings.
Pumpkin Latte
1 cup of pumpkin puree
1 quart of milk
¼ cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Combine in a large saucepan and stir over medium heat. Heat to a simmer. Makes 4 servings.
