Homemade Fruit Parfait

photo-18-1The holiday season is officially upon us, so a few extra indulgences here and there are normal.  But, if you’re craving something on the lighter side, whip up Valley’s Homemade Fruit Parfait as a guilt-free dessert.

Packed with over 10 grams of protein and fiber, this fruit parfait will keep you feeling full long after you’ve finished dinner and can help prevent post-dinner munchies.

Natural sugar from fresh fruit combined with a drizzle of agave honey will satisfy any sweet tooth—making this a recipe the perfect alternative to heavier holiday treats like cookies or ice cream.

Ingredients:

3oz nonfat plain Chobani Greek yogurt
¾ cup fresh fruit
1 Tbsp agave honey

Directions:

1. Pour a half portion of fresh fruit into a bowl

2. Spoon 3oz nonfat plain Chobani on top of the fruit

3. Add the remaining portion of fruit to the parfait

4. Drizzle with 1 tbsp agave honey
