FlorioCelebMaeover (KellyO) (1)Most people hope to keep their young, good looks for as long as humanly possible. But in Hollywood, change can keep you relevant when your stardom starts to simmer—especially when that change comes in the form of an extreme makeover. The former Nickelodeon princess recently debuted a drastic new look complete with enlarged lips, big blonde curls and check piercings. But how can one forget how adorable she was on “The Amanda Show” and “All That”?

50 Cent

Way back when, 50 Cent was an icon of pure sexiness. He had an arsenal of abdominal muscles that made women swoon and men do hundreds of sit-ups at the gym. But take a look at 50 now. He lost nearly 50 pounds according to his interview with Parade Magazines West Coast Editor, Jeanne Wolf for a movie role where he plays a cancer patient. The movie, ‘Things Fall Apart,’ was released in March of 2011.

Lil’ Kim

Lil’ Kim has been the topic of recent conversation because of her dramatic new look. Earlier this month talk show host Wendy Williams found herself in the midst of a Lil’ Kim attack on Twitter because she brought up the possibility of Kim getting some botched plastic surgery.

Matthew McConaughey

By now you’ve seen the shocking photos of Matthew McConaughey staggering weight loss to play an AIDS victim in the movie “The Dallas Buyers Club.” According to E! Online, he lost 38 pounds, but luckily for us Matt is almost back to that amazing rock hard physique we all love.

Kelly Osbourne

Kelly Osbourne is now most known as a co-host on E!’s “Fashion Police”. But how can we forget the Kelly we met on “The Osbournes” back in 2002? Now Kelly has opened up to Shape Magazine about how she lost 50 pounds and gained the confidence she now exudes.
