Who Performed?

Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem and Mary J. Blige all performed at the halftime show. The hip-hop-themed performance featured some of the most well-known rap artists in the country. The artists all have a history together when it comes to their songs and albums, making the performance even more special for them to come together. Towards the end, 50 Cent joined them on stage as a guest performer.

As for what fans thought, people seemed pleasantly surprised! Many have not been too happy with the recent halftime shows so this bounceback, especially after the pandemic, was much needed.

Commercials

Media outlets definitely entertained fans with a variety of celebrities and humor. Lindsey Lohan made a return to the screen with a commercial made by Planet Fitness. Like always, brands such as Lays and Doritos had their spot in the commercial breaks. Not only were celebrities involved, but talking animals were featured throughout the Doritos commercials. A little odd as some would say, but at least they provided some form of entertainment during the breaks!
